My family has been to several Houtou restaurants and this one is legit. The noodles are chewy and yummy, there are many vegetables and the soup has deep flavors. They also play traditional music in the restaurant, so you really feel like you are submerged into Japanese cultures.We ordered basashi (horse sashimi) and motsuni as well, and they were of good quality.
